VD-1 0.42.0: VST3 and AU on macOS

VD-1 now comes as CLAP, VST3 and AU for macOS 12 or later, in one download (VD-1-macOS.zip), all three signed and notarized. They are the same instrument and share projects and the drive. The VST3 and AU are made from the CLAP with clap-wrapper.

• The About panel shows which format is loaded.
• Per format: Bitwig's remote controls are CLAP only; MIDI out works in CLAP and AU, not VST3; MIDI clock in is CLAP only (VST3 and AU follow the host's transport).
• Tested in Bitwig Studio (CLAP, VST3) and REAPER (AU).
